Conference Information

UHSMUN XV is University High Schools 15th annual conference and will take place on March 21st, 2026 at 4771 Campus Dr, Irvine, CA 92612. We are offering 5 advanced and 4 novice committees, including two crisis committees. The delegate fee is $30 and there is no school fee. All payments are due on the day of the conference.

Position Papers

Position papers must be submitted as a PDF to the form by March 14th at 11:59 PM.

Late papers will be ineligible for research awards and feedback. Delegates must submit a paper by the conference date to remain eligible for any awards.

Technology Policy

To encourage preparation and a high level of debate, UHSMUN will operate under a restricted technology policy.

General Assembly and Specialized Committees will operate under a policy of limited tech, with use of technology (laptops, tablets) being permitted only during unmoderated caucus for the purpose of drafting resolutions.

Crisis Committees will be fully No-Tech with no electronic devices being allowed for the duration of the conference.

We highly encourage delegates to bring printed out research and position papers, along with note-taking supplies.

We understand the need to stay in touch with advisors or family. While Chairs may be lenient with brief, non-committee-related messaging (e.g., coordinating lunch or replying to a text), this should not be disruptive or used for research.
